By installing and using ScreenPick, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the extension.

Description of Service

ScreenPick is a Chrome extension that allows you to:

• Capture screenshots of web pages
• Annotate screenshots with various tools
• Extract text from images using OCR
• Organize and manage your screenshots

Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use ScreenPick to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Capture content you don't have rights to
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in any harmful or malicious activities

OCR Service Limits

The OCR feature has a daily usage limit of 10 requests per day for the free tier. This limit resets at midnight. Additional usage may be available with your own API key.

Disclaimer

ScreenPick is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted. OCR accuracy may vary depending on image quality and content.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ScreenPick be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the extension.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of ScreenPick constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
